I’m a therapist who specializes in the treatment of addictive behaviours such as substance use, concurrent disorders, smoking, gambling, sex, shopping etc. I also assist family members, friends and loved ones affected by addictive behaviour and support those who are struggling with issues such as co dependency and enabling behaviour. I provide a safe space for clients to come and be treated with respect and receive a non judgmental approach that is trauma informed, solution focused and compassionate. I employ Motivational Interviewing and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy as my primary modalities of therapy.

I specialize in the treatment, assessment and referral to both residential and community treatment for those struggling with substance use, misuse, abuse and dependence. I provide comprehensive pre and post treatment services helping clients be properly prepared for treatment and supported afterwards.
